1. Use a non-metal utensil: Take a pea-sized amount (approximately 300-500mg) of the Shilajit resin using a wooden or plastic spoon. Avoid metal as it may react with the minerals.
2. Dissolve in warm liquid: Place the original salajeet in warm water, warm milk, or herbal tea. Stir until fully dissolved — you will see the liquid turn a deep amber to reddish-brown color.
3. Consume on empty stomach: For best absorption, take your Himalayan Shilajit resin first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Some users prefer a second dose in the early afternoon.

1.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 72 hours of receipt of item. 

Once approved, refunds will be processed to their original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

1.2 Cancellations

If you change your mind before a tracking numbers has been generated, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

We are based in Pakistan however we have a warehouse in Dhaka, hence shipments all over Bangladesh take only 2-3 days and cost 100৳.
